By accessing our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Services

RubyAstro provides personalized digital astrology reports based on the birth information submitted by customers. Our services may include:

2. Eligibility

A parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older may purchase an astrology report for their child or another minor and provide the minor’s birth information for the purpose of preparing the requested report.

By submitting information about a minor, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority to provide that information.

3. Information You Provide

To create a personalized astrology report, we may ask you to provide information such as:

4. Orders

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown information about the selected product and its applicable price.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to use the information you provide to prepare and deliver the personalized astrology report you selected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, misuse of the website, technical errors, or inability to fulfill the requested service.

If we cancel a paid order before providing the purchased service, an appropriate refund will be issued where applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.

Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Payment information submitted during checkout is processed by Stripe in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices.

RubyAstro does not store your complete credit or debit card number.

6. Personalized Digital Reports

Our astrology reports are personalized digital products created using the information submitted with your order.

Because the report is prepared specifically for you or for the person whose birth information you provide, it cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product. Please review all birth information carefully before submitting your order.

7. Delivery

Completed astrology reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided with your order. The estimated delivery timeframe may be displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. If you do not receive your report within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@rubyastro.com so we can investigate the issue.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by technical issues, incorrect information, email delivery problems, unusually high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Corrections to Birth Information

We understand that customers may occasionally notice an error in the birth information submitted with an order, such as an incorrect birth date, birth time, or birth location.

If you discover an error, please contact us at hello@rubyastro.com as soon as possible and provide your order information along with the correct birth details. Where reasonably possible, we may correct the submitted information and provide an updated version of the report.

Corrections and revised reports are provided as a customer-support service and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. We reserve the right to limit repeated, excessive, or materially different correction requests that effectively require preparation of a new report.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Our astrology reports are personalized digital products prepared using the information provided by the customer.

Once preparation of a personalized report has begun, or once the report has been generated or delivered, the order is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate because of a duplicate charge, payment error, or our inability to provide the purchased service.

A change or correction to birth information does not by itself qualify an order for a refund. Where reasonably possible, we will instead assist with correcting the information and providing an updated report as described above.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or you paid for a report that we were unable to provide, please contact us at hello@rubyastro.com.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Nature of Astrology Services

Astrology is interpretive in nature. Our astrology reports are provided for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, forecast, event, outcome, or result described in a report will occur. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

11. No Professional Advice

Information contained in our astrology reports or website should not be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when making decisions requiring professional advice. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of information contained in an astrology report.
