Personalized Digital Reports

All reports purchased from RubyAstro are personalized digital astrology reports created using the birth details provided by the customer.

Once the report preparation has started or the report has been delivered, the order is non-refundable.

Incorrect Birth Details

Please review your birth details carefully before placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect birth date, birth time, birth place, or other information, contact us at hello@rubyastro.com. Where reasonably possible, we will correct the information and provide an updated report.

Corrections do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Exceptions

A refund may be provided if:

• ✦You were charged twice for the same order
• ✦We are unable to provide the purchased report
• ✦A technical or payment error occurred on our side
• ✦A refund is required by applicable law

Report Not Received

If you do not receive your report within the stated delivery time, please contact us. We will verify your order and resend the report where necessary.

Astrology Results

Refunds are not provided because you disagree with an astrology interpretation, prediction, or report content.

Astrology reports are provided for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
